Calcium (85% as calcium carbonate *, 15% as coral calcium) 450 mg
Magnesium (as Magnesium carbonate *) 200 mg
Potassium (as Potassium carbonate *) 84 mg
Boron (as Boron Citrate) 1 mg

Other ingredients: Cellulose, Xylitol, lemon flavour
* This specific form of vitamin C is ideal for controlling acidity often associated with hypersensitivity reactions. Supplies full dose, non-corn calcium / magnesium ascorbate.
This specific form of vitamin C has been shown to help reduce cravings. As with all vitamin C formulations, as one begins to achieve body saturation, "bowel tolerance" may be temporarily exceeded and diarrhoea or loose stools may occur. As the high levels of vitamin C in the tissues become used up, the bowel symptoms should ease.
